Hirer Feedback
Don't take my word for it. This is what matters most!
"Iain was smooth to communicate with, including the handover and return experience. Hands down one of the nicest guitar I've ever got to play."
Love this - "one of the nicest guitars I've ever got to play" :-). Big thanks to singer/songwriter Angelo Jason for taking the 1993 Gibson J-200 into the studio for his new album. So looking forward to hearing the results!

"Always a great experience working with Gods Own Guitars, Iain is very helpful and communication is perfect."
And always a pleasure to help Parkgate School out with their end-of-term concert! A love for music nurtured from an early age - the greatest of gifts! That, and a Peavey MAX 115 Bass amp . . .

"Iain was helpful throughout and made the whole process seamless. The guitar was perfect and our guest loved playing it! Thank you so much Iain, we will be back."
This King Of The Flattops, a 1993 Gibson J-200, did everything it needed to do when hired by Kitty for a special guest staying over in London for a couple of weeks. I can't say exactly who, but an honour to have this guitar played by someone who famously and appropriately played The King ;-).

"SUCH good hospitality. Will be coming back!"
I think the hospitality was all Yemi's! She hired the 1992 Fender Telecaster for one of production company Biscuit Filmworks' directors, over in London for a week. Just the perfect thing to unwind each evening after a long day's shoot. Loved the guitar so much, he extended his stay and hire ;-).

"It was totally honor to use this beautiful white Stratocaster and made our show truly powerful and great. In my opinion, the best part of the guitar is at the front pick up, it’s very sweet sound and warm tone which I was liking for. Thanks again for giving me a chance to hire this guitar."
All the way from Tokyo to London's O2 Academy Islington, an absolute pleasure to help out Keito from Talk House with a return hire, this time for that 2006 Fender Stratocaster. Looks the business, plays the business!

"Easy to carry and wonderful sounding amp! Look forward to renting again!"
Feedback to delight AER! Many thanks to Iaroslav for the return hire of the AER Compact 60 acoustic guitar amp. An intimate front room session by Ukrainian singer/songwriter Ekaterina Gopenko to a rapt audience. Wonderful!

"Iain was really professional, always in communication and made the hiring of this fantastic guitar smooth. The guitar was extremely well cared for and sounded absolutely great! Thanks Iain"
Just great to meet Andy from Bullitz 23, as he and the band bring a modern take to Clash-inspired punk from the 70s. The band are building up to their live debut this summer, and Andy needed a choice semi-acoustic for their latest rehearsal in March. Nothing other than the Magnificent Sheraton would do ;-).

"Iain worked with me on short notice to get this guitar onto a photoshoot. Very thankful to Iain!!"
Many thanks to director and photographer Dylan Woodley for casting the Arctic White Stratocaster in a photoshoot for an upcoming show. Not only a fantastic player, but also a very photogenic guitar!

"Iain is a pleasure to work with! We submitted a very last-minute request and he was incredibly quick and helpful to facilitate it."
The team at onefinestay had a special request from one of their guests - an acoustic guitar for the week. The 1997 Yamaha LA-8 did the job perfectly - and, just like everyone else that plays it, they loved it!

"Loved the Tele and dealing with Iain was perfect. Highly recommend."
It's that Mexican Tele again! Francisco was over for a week in London, visiting family and friends, and wanted to keep his practice going while here. It had to be the 1992 Fender Telecaster - looks the business in Lake Placid Blue, and plays beautifully with a lovely low set-up. A perfect holiday companion ;-).

"Super last minute hire, but Iain was very helpful in making it happen. Really great condition and the hiring process was hassle-free. Thank you so much for being a lifesaver so last minute!"
Big thanks to Kinta for giving Alex Trimble's Little Martin further endorsement as a travel guitar - or more accurately as a long-distance life-saver. In London for a few days, Kinta needed a guitar for a 4AM Zoom session back to New Zealand. Not only a talented performer, but a resourceful one too - she chose the Little Martin :-).

"An absolutely gorgeous guitar packed with character!"
Only the second time out for the very special 1965 Gibson J-45. To be fair it's a vintage guitar and a pricier hire, but comes with a look and tone that's aged beautifully over its 60 years. Many thanks to Ellis, A&R at Good Soldier, for hiring it for a studio session with new artist Summandher. I haven't heard the results yet, but they can only be wonderful!

"Bass is amazing, has a nice treble to it and in awesome condition. Iain is very helpful and the whole process of renting the instrument was super easy! Would 100% recommend both this guitar and renting from God’s own Guitars."
Over in London on an extended work assignment, Win was missing his P-Bass. So he hired the 1982 Fender Precision for a long weekend of practice and jamming with friends. Just like he says, packs a punch, with all that nice treble coming from the combination of maple fretboard and ash body. A proper 80s bass!

"5* service, smooth from start to finish, Iain was able to meet me to drop off the guitar very last minute before a gig I had the next day. The Strat was setup to perfection and sounded great on stage. He even gave me some tips on how to set pickup height for my own guitar. Quick and clear communication throughout, overall an excellent service at a very fair price, would definitely hire again!"
Big thanks to Nathan for the super review. His Strat was in need of some TLC, so he hired the Arctic White Strat for Holy Trinity Brompton's weekly streamed Sunday service in January. Amazing footage and shots from the service in the link, and just great to have God's Own Guitars at God's place ;-).

"The Fender P-Bass was amazing! It felt great to play. And Iain was a kind and lovely person. Thank you very much."
Many thanks to Lou for taking the 1982 Fender Precision on-stage with Japan's Talk House, for their UK debut at the Dublin Castle at the start of January. Lou was so good, the band made her a permanent member after the gig - all to do with her talent and stage presence . . . though I like to think the P-Bass helped ;-).
