Self-proclaimed Beatles-nerd Obadiah wanted to recreate a particular chord that introduces a famous song by The Beatles. I'll leave you to guess which one! For the chord, it had to be the 1989 Rickenbacker 330/12, all that ringing tone to bring in an instantly recognisable song . . . podcast to follow!

Italian jazz guitarist Lorenzo Morresi flew to London to record a session at Jazz FM, on the back of them naming latest release "Cosmica Italiana" their Album Of The Week. It may be a simple Mexican Tele, but the 1992 always delivers - even as a jazz guitar!

"We visited London for two weeks and rented this beautiful guitar from Iain so that my daughter could play while we were on extended holiday. Our experience was stellar from beginning to end. Iain responded to my inquiry the same day, and we were able to arrange a handoff at our hotel (which I especially appreciated because I was unfamiliar with London). The guitar came in mint condition, and Iain included accessories that were tremendously helpful. The pick-up was also equally seamless and easy. I so appreciated that we were able to borrow this beautiful instrument, and Iain was truly an amazing international ambassador of music for us. We would recommend renting from here without any hesitation, and we most certainly will do it again when we are back in London!"

It's not often you have a professional golfer hire your guitar, but turns out that John Daly is not only a player, but a country & western artist too. Top session guitarist Brydon Hulse gives the 1993 Gibson J-200 top marks. Brydon was called in to support US country star Ingrid Andress at an intimate pop-up gig in London in July. Just her, him and the guitar. It really is a stunner!

With friends in from the US, Adeel needed a guitar quickly for a jam session. The Arctic White Strat worked perfectly! I can't always do short notice hires, but it's just great when they work out!

This 2011 Graham Coxon Telecaster always punches well above its weight. And it's perfect if you're more used to a rosewood fretboard on your guitar. Thanks again to Adam Mackie, The Dust Coda guitarist, for including it in the recording of their latest album. It's going to be mega!
